1. What is the customer referral program?

Customer referral program rewards the existing customers for referring new buyers by offering a referral incentive based on the value of the booking.

 

2. How do I participate in the referral program?

The referral must be registered before the referee contacts Casagrand, through one of the following:

* Website : www.cgreferral.com

* Email : referral@casagrand.co.in

* Phone : 9384027974

* Onsite referral form at any Casagrand Project.

The referee must mention the Name, Project name & his unit number both at the first point of contact and in the booking form. Verbal communication or post booking updates are  not accepted.

 

3. What are the rewards for the referring customers?

The benefit is 0.5% of the basic sale value of referred booking, based on casagrand policy.

 

4. Who can I refer to?

Anyone who is interested in buying a property in casagrand, before that person contacts Casagrand.

6. When do I receive my rewards?

Once both you and your referred buyer have paid at least 45% of the property value, and the booking is confirmed without cancellation as per the terms and conditions, the invoice would be raised and either it would be adjusted in the payments to be done to Casgarand (if any) or it’ll will be credited to your account within 60 days.
